This beginner-friendly class with Mira Barakat will focus on technique and connection. We will study a theme each week such as walking, rhythmic variations, pivots, etc.. All levels of experience welcome.
This is a queer-friendly event where all genders are welcome to lead or follow. No partner necessary.
Mask required except when you are actively eating or drinking.
This class takes place in the ballroom of the Berkeley City Club. The floor is slippery. To enter the building, ring the bell and say "tango." We are a 10-minute walk from Downtown Berkeley BART. No non-member parking in the Berkeley City Club lot. Street parking is free after 6:00.
